Jacada, Inc. enables organizations to deliver effortless customer
self service and agent assisted interactions by implementing cutting‐edge
mobile, smart device, and web based visual IVR solutions, as well as optimized
agent desktops, and business process optimization tools.
Job Description:
· Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive test cases
· Perform automated/manual regression testing when bugs are resolved
· Identify and address relevant edge-case scenarios and ensure each is handled properly
· Participate in defects triage and work with developers to reproduce the defects in dev environment.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of any programming language such as C#, Java, or VBScript
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Must be pursuing a 4 year Undergraduate Degree or 2 year Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering discipline
· Must have authorization to work in the United States
